Home visits are not emergency services.

Patients must seek emergency care for serious or life-threatening conditions, including but not limited to:

Membership Is Not Insurance

Membership fees are not health insurance and do not replace comprehensive medical coverage.

Membership covers only specified services and does not guarantee coverage for all medical needs, testing, hospitalizations, medications, or specialty care.

Payment Responsibility
